I. Equipment Overview
The insertion-type online crude oil water content analyzer is a product developed by our company based on years of experience in oilfield product development and manufacturing. It serves as a replacement for radioactive water content analyzers and has been deployed in large quantities across major oilfields for online measurement of crude oil water content at transfer stations and central gathering stations.
The FKC01 water content analyzer can be used in the chemical market to measure trace moisture, including the water content in refined oil, benzene, and other organic liquids. The instrument achieves a measurement resolution of 0.01% and a temperature stability of 0.002%FS/°C.
II. Equipment Features
● Utilizes dual RF principles for non-contact measurement with no moving parts, ensuring high measurement resolution and strong adaptability to various oil types;
● Built-in temperature sensor enables temperature measurement and display without external temperature transmitters, and provides temperature compensation for water content measurement results;
● Supports Chinese and English interface display and touch operation without opening the cover; RS485/MODBUS smart communication interface supports remote data transmission and on-site software upgrades;
● No mechanical moving parts combined with anti-oil adhesion surface treatment ensure long-term reliability and maintenance-free operation;
● Easy and quick installation with no requirement for upstream or downstream straight pipe sections; insensitive to flow patterns and velocities.
